After two days of traveling in Tainan, I found myself coming to this Uncle Fried Tempura Specialists shop twice!
Their fish cake is truly different from typical fried food shops - crispy without batter coating, with a tender inside, then sprinkled with various flavored powders. It's absolutely addictive!
Taiwan's folk religion is truly remarkable - small temples every few steps, large temples everywhere, and many people even have personal shrines at home.
But this is the first time I've seen it directly integrated into a bubble tea shop! Located on Tainan's tourist-heavy Hai'an Road, while it blends in seamlessly, it's also incredibly eye-catching.
I noticed many foreign customers were particularly fascinated by this unique concept!
While visiting Tainan today, I made my customary trip to Hayashi Department Store.
At a street corner, I spotted a huge line of people queuing along the roadside.
I initially planned to walk past, but curiosity got the better of me and I joined the line to try one.

【食記】[台北市。大同區] 南哥越南河粉 － 意外發現台北教育大學外很好吃的河粉，來吃不但有送小菜，而且竟然還有很特別的粉麵！ (文中有菜單)
今天其實是到台大考檢定考試，中午時間，跑到科技大樓捷運站附近找東西吃，竟然意外吃到一間很厲害的越南河粉！
而且在貴貴的大台北地區，竟然可以吃到CP值這麼高的店真的很棒，尤其正對面就是台北教育大學，那兒的學生真幸福
Today I was actually at NTU for a certification exam. During lunch break, I wandered near Technology Building MRT station looking for food and unexpectedly found this incredible Vietnamese pho place!
In expensive Taipei, finding such high value-for-money restaurants is rare - especially right across from Taipei University of Education. Those students are so lucky!

在神祕學傳說中，Abelech 是一個神的名字或天使的名字，被用於召喚與指令惡魔的魔法儀式中。
Today I happened to be between Zhongshan and Shuanglian MRT stations, and suddenly remembered I've had this Niboshi Oyster Ramen Specialty Store saved on my Google Maps for so long, so I decided to queue up and try it!
Luckily today, there weren't many people in line!
I've heard some people waited two hours before, but today I got in within half an hour! So happy!
Maybe it's because it rained heavily earlier - although the rain has stopped, some people still chose to stay home.

Hot spring ramen near the MRT station? Not authentic.
"Beitou Red Tea" shops? Locals don't actually drink there.
And the best beef noodle shop here is actually famous for its wontons?
Beitou truly is a magical culinary wonderland!
